Eminem Sets New Billboard Record

Eminem has set yet another Billboard record with the recent release of his REVIVAL album.

Eminem is now the first act in the history of Billboard with an eight consecutive chart entries to debut at the No. 1 spot. Eminem previously held the title with seven releases. Those titles include:

The Marshall Mathers LP 2 (2013), Recovery (2010), Relapse (2009), the best-of set Curtain Call: The Hits (2005), Encore (2004), The Eminem Show (2002) and The Marshall Mathers LP (2000).

Eminem’s only charting effort to miss the top was his major label debut album, The Slim Shady LP, which topped out at No. 2 in 1999.
